Bayerngas GmbH is the parent company of highly specialised subsidiaries and participating interests. Together, the Bayerngas Group covers the entire gas value chain.

Our aims: With our natural gas solutions, we strengthen the competitiveness of our shareholders and customers and therefore contribute to ensuring security of supply and procurement.

We achieve proximity to competitors and security of supply because we combine the virtual and the physical worlds of gas. Our Group operates all over Europe at virtual trading points as well as being familiar with

the marketing and management of our own asset pipeline system, underground storage and exploration and production licences.

The interaction between the different stages in the value chain in the non-regulated market offers a major benefit: Market changes can be anticipated early on and integrated into the development of gas industry solutions for municipal utility companies, regional distributors and industrial companies.
