1964:

Bayerngas Norge pre-qualifies for natural-gas-gathering in Norway.

Bayerngas Norge has formally confirmed acceptance of the offer from the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy for a 50% participation in Production License 470 (“PL470”). The main prospect has been named “Caerus”.

4/2008:
First exploration well with participation from Bayerngas Norge (PL263/ prospect „Natalia“).

7/2008:
Bayerngas Norge has acquired 15% interests in the Hejre license.

11/2008:
Bayerngas Norge founds subsidiary company Bayerngas Danmark ApS.

11/2008:
Bayerngas GmbH and RAG (Rohöl-Aufsuchungs AG), Austria, sign a contract to the jointly search for natural gas in Bavaria.

01/2009:
Bayerngas Norge has acquired PA Resource Norway AS – start of the own production.

01/2009:
Südtiroler Elektrizitätswerke AG becomes a shareholder in novogate GmbH.

05/2009:
Bayerngas Norge takes over the StatoilHydro offshore licenses in Denmark and increases stake in Hejre discovery to 40%.

06/2009:
The Ministry of Petroleum and Energy approved Bayerngas Norge as operator on the Norwegian Continental Shelf

06/2009:
Bayerngas Norge takes over 10% from ConocoPhillips Skandinavia AS Explorations-licenses on PL 331 (Prospect „Megalodon“) and 30% on PL 404 in the Norwegian North Sea.

09/2009:
Bayerngas Norge has taken over Genesis Petroleum Corporation PLC (Westerham) and starts therewith their exploration business on the British continental shelf.

10/2009:
Bayerngas Norge takes over 20% from Lundin Petroleum Explorations-licenses on PL 409 (on the Norwegian Continental Shelf).

10/2009:
Bayerngas increases its shares in the natural gas trading company actogas from 60% to 100%. Acquisition is subject to acceptance of the monopolies commission.

11/2009:
Bayerngas extended underground storage Wolfersberg from 320 million m³ to 365 million m³.

01/2010:
Bayerngas Norge has formally confirmed acceptance of the offer from the Ministry of Petroleum and Energy for participations in 6 Exploration Licenses on the Norwegian continental shelf.

03/2010:
